3. Our team would like to give thanks to Yelp (Jando Shum) for organizing a Yelp Elite Event at our store on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. Thirty "Gold & Black" Badge elites were invited to the dinner. "The Yelp Elite Event at Uncle Chin's in Katy, TX, celebrated Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month as part of the HAPI (Houston Asian Pacific Islander) promotion. Yelp Elites enjoyed an intimate tasting of delicious Malaysian dishes, including beef rendang and Hainanese chicken, along with a variety of surprise menu items. The evening was made even more special with Uncle Chin himself serenading the crowd with surprise ballads, adding a personal and memorable touch to the culinary experience."

6. We are now offering our homemade Curry Chicken Puffs and Kaya (Homemade Coconut Jam) Puffs where you can pre-order them and bake at home. Just follow the 3 simple steps below and you'll be able to enjoy the warmest and flakiest puffs at your own home:

Thaw the puffs to room temperature.
Step 2
Pre-heat toasting oven to 375F. Beat an egg and brush on the puffs
Step 3
Bake the puffs for 20-23 mins (depending on the power of your oven)
